RD Brown Memorials originated as a part time side business for former state police officer Richard Brown but has grown into a complete family operated monument and decorative stone business. RD Brown Memorials has their own shop where the family creates traditional or completely custom monuments and yard rocks. Both can be personalized with family names, pictures or whatever designs you wish.
Richard Brown’s son, Rich, has been a part of the business since the beginning and oversees much of the shop operations. His grandson, Richie, joined the business full time after his graduation in 2016 and does all the sand blasting work on the monuments. Richard’s other son, Randy, became a funeral director operating Brown Funeral Home in Duncansville. RD Brown Memorials also provides cremation services for local funeral homes in their crematory next to their shop and their new Pet Crematory will be opening soon.
